We invite you to join us for a new edition of DataCore Days, designed to bring our partner community together in an inspiring and welcoming setting. This year, we're heading to the island of Mallorca, at the Palma Convention Centre, a remarkable venue that combines modern infrastructure with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.

Get an exclusive preview of our latest innovations and product updates, deepen your understanding of our strategic vision, and engage directly with our European teams as well as Management traveling especially from our U.S. headquarters.
DataCore Days is also a space for meaningful exchange and collaboration: meet our technical and sales experts during interactive workshops, and explore together the key challenges facing your business.
Beyond the content, it's all about human experience: a special opportunity to reconnect, share, build relationships, and uncover new opportunities in an atmosphere that is both professional and relaxed.
To ensure your experience is as smooth as possible, we will take care of all on-site arrangements to guarantee you a comfortable, hassle-free stay; all you will need to arrange is your transportation to Palma.
Your stay in Palma
Accommodation located in the immediate vicinity of the event venue (subject to availability) is also offered so that you can make the most of your time there: Meliá Palma Bay, Meliá Palma Marina and Palma Bellver by Meliá. If you wish to extend your stay, preferential rates will be available, if you want to arrive earlier and explore Palma and its surroundings.
The experience continues beyond the sessions, with a gala dinner held at a unique location outside the city, followed by a festive evening, the perfect setting for more informal exchanges and for creating lasting memories.
From the welcome lunch and opening remarks to the workshops and closing lunch, every moment of DataCore Days 2026 is designed to combine high-value content, quality networking, and an exceptional setting.

1. Where is the event taking place?
DataCore Days 2026 will take place at the Palma Convention Centre on Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

2. Has DataCore already paid for the pre-booked rooms, or do I need to pay upon arrival?
DataCore offers all participants who wish to attend a single room in a nearby hotel for the night of September 28 to 29, subject to availability.

3. Can I extend my stay in one of the hotels reserved by DataCore?
Yes, you can extend your stay. We also recommend arriving the weekend before the event to enjoy the island of Mallorca. You will benefit from preferential rates at our partner hotels: Meliá Palma Bay, Meliá Palma Marina and Palma Bellver by Meliá.

4. If I would like to book a different hotel, can DataCore assist me?
We strongly recommend staying in the hotels reserved by DataCore, as rooms have already been booked and fully covered.
However, you are free to stay at another hotel, but DataCore will not be able to handle the booking or cover any related costs.

5. Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included on Tuesday, September 29 at your hotel.

6. Once I arrive in Palma, how and when do I collect my room key?
A few days before the event, you will be informed of your assigned accommodation and receive detailed instructions.
Rooms will be available from 4:00 PM on Monday, September 28. Time will be allocated for check-in after the plenary session and before the start of the evening reception.
More details will be shared closer to the event.

7. Will there be a shuttle on Monday, September 28? If so, where and at what time?
Shuttle buses will be available from Palma de Mallorca Airport, with a departure scheduled at 11:30 AM.

8. I am arriving outside of the shuttle schedule. How can I get to the event venue?
You will need to make your own way to the event venue.

9. Where will the dinner on September 28 take place?
The dinner location is still a surprise. Shuttle buses will be available from 7:00 PM to take you there, and from 10:30 PM to return you to the hotels, with departures every 30 minutes.

10. Can meals be adapted for specific dietary requirements or allergies?
Yes, this is possible. Please send an email to datacoredays@datacore.com specifying your dietary requirements before September 7, 2026, so that we can accommodate your request.

11. What is the dress code? Should I wear formal attire?
DataCore Days is a friendly and relaxed event, so there is no strict dress code.
